Certificate of Guarantee for Equipment in Facilities and Service

1.- Coverage

GNATUS® and ISO DIAMANT®, through the specialized technical service of the ZEYCO® group, guarantees the repair and installation service of the GNATUS® and ISO DIAMANT® dental equipment against any defect in manpower made by its technical staff, original spare parts and material used during the service.
The guarantee will consist of carrying out the service again without charge for the customer, for any defect in labor or the replacement of the spare part with its respective installation and test of operation.

2.- Validity of the Guarantee

The GNATUS® and ISO DIAMANT® dental units have a warranty period, counted from the date of delivery of the equipment and / or total provision of the service, against any manufacturing defect, provided that this defect is caused under normal conditions of use.

Warranty Terms:

GNATUS® equipment:

  • They have a warranty period of 2 years; Corresponding the first 60 days counted from the date of delivery of the equipment, with the specialized technical service of the ZEYCO® group and the subsequent term with GNATUS S.A. DE C.V. *, (Gnatus Mexico).
  • Installation and preventive maintenance services: The warranty period is 60 days from the end of the service.

ISO DIAMANT® equipment:

  • It has a 12-month warranty, counted from the date of delivery of the equipment and/or the total provision of the service through the specialized technical service of the ZEYCO® group.
  • Installation and preventive maintenance services: The warranty period is 60 days from the end of the service.

In non-warranty services for both brands, they will have a guarantee period of 60 days counted from the date of termination of the service.3.- Conditions to make the Guarantee effective

To make this guarantee effective, it is necessary that the unit has been installed or checked by AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS of the ZEYCO® or GNATUS® group and in addition to the user responsible for the unit, perform maintenance services EVERY 6 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION, otherwise the guarantee will be automatically lost and the subsequent services will carry charges such as: labor, per diem and spare parts. The NO having air and water filters at the entrance of the unit and not having an oil-free compressor , will be cause for cancellation of the guarantee. To make the guarantee effective, it will be necessary to present your invoice or its installation sheet, where the Serial Number of the equipment in question is indicated.

4.- Parts that do not come under warranty

They are not covered by this guarantee: spotlights, fuses, fiber optic tips, tips of light curing lamps, ultrasound tips, bearings and chuck of handpiece.

5.- Disability of the Guarantee

This guarantee will be canceled if the equipment remains stored for a period greater than six months after the date of departure from the facilities of the ZEYCO® group.

As well as by:

  • Attempted repair through inadequate tool or by unauthorized technicians.
  • Damages resulting from improper storage or signs of tampering with the packaging and / or security tapes.
  • Use of chlorine to a greater extent than that specified in the owner’s manual or other aggressive cleaning agent not indicated.

This guarantee does not exempt the customer from paying the technician’s travel expenses.

If it is necessary for the equipment to be sent to the Authorized Technical Assistance workshop and within the guarantee period, ZEYCO® is responsible for paying one freight and the customer will be responsible for the other.

The user must demand from the technician the service or installation sheet for subsequent claims.
